The proposal projected raises a distribution of buildings parallel to Via Iberica street so that the directionality of the plot are maintained and the Tower building. The two existing entrances are also maintained on the plot, but emphasizing the importance of pedestrian access from Via Iberica. Maintaining the road access from Argualas street as ordered de Master Plan.

Another important condition that has wanted to consider, it is the slope of the plot, taking advantage of the different existing levels. The last criterion maintained in the projected distribution has been the possibility of independent execution phases of all buildings and their adjacent urbanization.

The general distribution is proposed as follows:

Existing buildings as offices and tower buildings are maintained. From the Tower Building and following this, a new office building is projected, in which will be located transferred spaces from the building of San Miguel Street, except the control center that occupy a freestanding building. Both buildings, Office and Control Center are parallel arranged to Via Iberica Street, creating a new facade.

Tower building rehabilitation is projected, because its architectural value justifies it, reused for more public space uses, such as the auditorium, classrooms, meeting areas, cafeteria, and can serve both for the employees of the company and for the public which can occasionally use dependencies.

The current office building is also maintained, so that during the construction of the other buildings keep the same number of employees without temporary relocations. In a second phase, a new office building is projected and storage warehouse. These warehouses willa have green cover so that environmental quality of the site will be revitalized and its industrial image will be avoided.
